Terms and Conditions of Online Sales
1. Conditions of Electronic Sales
1.1. Sales are conducted via the Internet in the form of a distance contract between the Buyer and the online store operated by Mariusz Kiedrowicz Tinker.
1.2. Orders are placed by adding products to the basket and clicking the "Order" button.
1.3. The Buyer must be at least 18 years old.
1.4. Completion of the registration form is required for order processing.
1.5. Prices listed with products are gross prices (including VAT).
1.6. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.7. If incorrect, incomplete or false data is provided, the Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
1.8. Delivery is made in the manner selected by the Buyer and specified in the order.
1.9. After placing an order, the Buyer will receive email confirmation including details of shipping and payment.
1.10. For orders involving the production of T_box units, the following payment terms apply:

60% of the order value payable upon placing the order,
-
40% payable upon confirmation of readiness for shipment.
1.11. Delivery times for T_box production are arranged individually.
1.12. The contract is concluded upon submission of the order via the store website or by email.
2. General Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to:

introduce new products to the store,
-
remove certain products from the offer,
-
conduct and cancel promotional campaigns,
-
amend the Terms and Conditions.
3. Legal Basis
These Terms are based on the following legislation:

Civil Code (Article 661 § 2),

Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Article 8.1),

Act on Consumer Rights Protection (Article 9.1),

Personal Data Protection Act (Article 24),
-
OECD Guidelines.

The company provides services electronically in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Payments
Payments may be made:

by bank transfer,
-
via PayPal.
6. Complaints
6.1. The Seller’s liability for defects in the Product is governed by the Civil Code (Articles 556–576).
6.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver goods free from defects.
6.3. Complaints may be submitted:

6.4. It is recommended that complaints include:

a description of the defect and the date it was discovered,
-
the preferred resolution (replacement, repair, partial refund, or withdrawal),
-
contact details.
6.5. The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 calendar days. A lack of response within this time is deemed acceptance of the complaint.
6.6. In case of a valid complaint, return shipping costs are covered by the Seller (for consumers only).
7. Returns
7.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason.
7.2. To return an item, the Buyer must send a written statement of withdrawal, the returned product with all accessories, and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to: Mariusz Kiedrowicz Tinker, ul. ZÄ…bkowska 22/24/26 m.125, 03-735 Warsaw.
7.3. Refunds will be made within 1–3 business days from receipt and confirmation that the product is undamaged. Refunds are issued to a bank account or via PayPal.
7.4. Returns of custom-made products (e.g., camping equipment):
Products such as drawer boxes, storage modules, or sleeping platforms designed for a specific vehicle are treated as custom-made goods.
Under Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply in such cases.
Returns are only accepted in the event of a defect, damage caused by the manufacturer, or non-conformity with the approved design.
In such cases, the client must submit a written claim (e.g., by email) with photographic documentation immediately upon identifying the issue.
8. Custom Designs – Usage Rights
For individual orders where the client pays for a custom product design (e.g., in CAD format):

The client acknowledges and agrees that the design may be used by Mariusz Kiedrowicz Tinker for fulfilling other customer orders.

The fee covers one-time development of the design and does not transfer exclusive rights to the client.

The company reserves the right to commercially use, modify, reproduce, and resell the design.
9. International Shipping
9.1. The store fulfils international orders to selected countries within and outside the European Union.
9.2. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country and chosen shipping method – this information will be provided via email after the order is placed.
9.3. The Buyer is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees related to the importation of goods to the destination country.
