you can purchase a ready-made package with a box design in the form of dxf files, which are necessary to cut out all the T_box elements and the information needed to assemble it
The package includes:
1. Two dxf files:
- the first with a design of a box and a sleeping module - to be cut out in 15mm thick plywood
- the second one with the T_box drawer design - to be cut in 12mm thick plywood
2. List of all the elements necessary to assemble the T_box
3. T_box assembly instructions

T_box 330 Defender (digital) is dedicated to the new (2020+) Defender 110 in the 5-seat version.
The DXF files contain the version shown in the drawings (with the top plate and sides without holes and covers)

Product description
The T_box measures 78 × 71 × 35 cm. On both sides, there are foldable wings perfectly matched to the Defender’s side panels. The top board and wings are solid – without any cut-outs.
The sleeping module consists of three fixed panels, each measuring 114 × 37 cm. When unfolded, they create a sleeping area 114 cm wide and 182 cm long. The trapezoidal shape of the T_box sides compensates for the slope of the Defender’s cargo floor.
The T_box includes two drawers:
- Left drawer – larger, with three compartments for accessories.
- Right drawer – features a top pull-out shelf for a camping stove and a lower section designed for kitchen equipment.
Material
To cut the T_box, you need plywood sheets 122 × 244 cm in the following quantities:
- 2 sheets with a thickness of 15 mm
- 1 sheet with a thickness of 12 mm
Attention
The files do not include the foldable silicone sink shelf and the boot floor panel. These can be purchased separately.
