you can purchase a ready-made package with a box design in the form of dxf files, which are necessary to cut out all the T_box elements and the information needed to assemble it
The package includes:
1. Two dxf files:
- the first with a design of a box and a sleeping module - to be cut out in 15mm thick plywood
- the second one with the T_box drawer design - to be cut in 12mm thick plywood
2. List of all the elements necessary to assemble the T_box

Product Description
T_box 350 is a functional expedition and camping module designed for installation in a vehicle’s luggage compartment.
T_box Dimensions
- 100 × 60 × 35 cm
Sleeping Module
The sleeping module consists of:
- three fixed panels, each measuring 108 × 40 cm,
- a fold-out base panel.
When fully deployed, the module creates a comfortable sleeping surface with dimensions:
- 108 cm width
- 180 cm length
Drawers
The set includes two drawers:
- Left drawer – larger, with three internal compartments for accessories.
- Right drawer – equipped with a pull-out upper shelf for a camping stove and a lower section intended for kitchen equipment.
Installation
The T_box 350 is installed in the vehicle’s luggage compartment using the original mounting points, secured with:
- 4 turnbuckles.
DIY Construction
The following materials and components are required to build the T_box:
Plywood
- 2 sheets of 15 mm plywood(T_box structure and sleeping module)
- 1 sheet of 12 mm plywood(drawers)
In the DXF files, all components are laid out on sheets measuring 1250 × 2500 mm.
Hardware and Accessories
- 3 sets of drawer slides with mounting hardware – Accuride
- 6 hinges
- 3 drawer locks with strikes
- 4 mounting brackets and 4 turnbuckles for securing the T_box
- double-threaded inserts, bolts, and screws for plywood assembly
Tools Required
- access to a CNC router,
- basic woodworking tools.
